The Administration

The organization of the Public Buildings Administration is determined by the skills as fixed by the law of 8 March, 2017 modifying the law of 15 June, 2004.

It is mainly in charge of the study and the execution of the new public buildings financed by the State, including their equipments and the planning of the surroundings, the study and the realization of the works of transformation, of extension and rehabilitation of public buildings, as well as the establishment and management of maintenance programs for public buildings, their equipment, surroundings and plantations.

The administration is headed by the Directorate to which are subordinate the "Division des travaux neufs", the "Division de la gestion du patrimoine" and the the Heritage Management Division and the "Service des ateliers".
